So when do you feel hot? Is it maintaining or reaching a certain aesthetic? Feeling strong? That’s HOT and everyone knows being committed to the gym and pushing yourself is not easy. It’s hard. Each program will include a fitness assessment, warm up, mobility exercises, strength and conditioning, cardio – Healthy Girls have Healthy Hearts- and an assisted stretch at the end.
