ingredients: The bowl

2 Cups of Mixed greens

1/4 Cup of Cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 Can of Black Beans, rinsed.

1/2 Cup of quinoa

1/2 Yellow bell pepper, diced

1/4 purple onion, diced

Handful of chopped Cilantro

1 TBSP of Hemp hearts

2 Chicken Breasts cooked

Taco seasoning

1 Avocado sliced

Ingredients: The Dressing

1 Avocado

2 stalks on green onions

3 garlic cloves

Juice of 2 limes

1/2 Cup Cilantro leaves

4 TBSP Olive oil

Salt & Pepper

The Method:

Start by preparing the chicken: Massage chicken with olive oil and taco seasoning. Measure with your heart babes. Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.

Next start to cook your quinoa. For easier meal prep cook 2 cups of quinoa and divide it into 4 separate containers. – 1/4 in each container.

Prepare your dressing by blending everything together.

Chop your veggies.

Once everything is cooked, assemble your bowl and toss in the dressing.
