French Toast overnight Oats

1 Cup of Milk

1/2 Cup Rolled Oats

1 TBSP of Maple Syrup or measure with your heart 😉

1 tsp of vanilla

Large sprinkle of Cinnamon

Ingredients: The toppings

1 Banana sliced.

2 TBSP of peanut butter

1 tsp Chia Seeds, Hemp hearts, bee pollen

Small handful of crushed walnuts.

The Method:

Bring the cup of milk to a bowl and add in the oats. Reduce the heat to a simmer.

As the milk begins to be absorbed add in the maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.

Remove oats from heat and pour into a bowl. Top with your banana, chia seeds, hemp hearts, bee pollen, peanut butter, and walnuts.
