ingredients: The Burrito

1 Tortilla

1/2 C. Rice

3 TBSP of Salsa

1/4 Can of Pinto beans

Chopped onion, mushroom, pepper

3 TBSP guac

1TBSP coconut yogurt/ greek yogurt

Sprinkle of pepperjack cheese

The Method:

Cook rice according to package instruction.

Once rice is cooked mix rice and salsa together.

Warm a pan and Place your tortilla on the heated pan. Load up your tortilla with the ingredients above – rice salsa, pinto beans, veggies, guac, cheese, and yogurt – and cook on both sides until golden brown.

Cut in half and enjoy!
