ingredients: The Salad

1/2 Cup of rolled oats

1 TBSP chia seeds

1 TBSP hemp seeds

1 TBSP maple syrup

1 Scoop of protein powder

1 heaping TBSP of Almond butter

2/3 Cups of milk

Frozen berries of choice

The Method:

Combine all ingredients, except for the berries in a bowl or jar until all the protein powder is dissolved.

Top the mixture off with your berries. Seal and place in the fridge overnight.

Add a bit more almond butter on top and enjoy.

To serve warm, cook oats on the stove over medium heat.
