Cinnamon Apple Chia Seed Pudding

ingredients: The Pudding

1 Cup milk of choice

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 TBSP maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Ingredients: The Apples

1 tsp coconut oil

1 apple diced

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp of cinnamon

peanut butter

The Method:

Mix all pudding ingredients in mason jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or over night.

When you’re ready to eat. Warm your coconut oil in a pan on low heat.

Once melted throw in your apples, cinnamon, and maple syrup

Stir until mixed well and cook for 5 – 7 minutes until apples are caramelized. Your home will smell amazing.

Top your chia pudding with the caramelized apples and drizzle warm peanut butter on top.
