1 Large Avocado

2 slices of bread

2 eggs – optional

Measure with your heart: Seasoning

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Paprika

Salt / pepper

Juice of half a lime.

Avo toast is the perfect trio of protein, healthy fats, and carbs. The necessity for building the booty.

The Method:

Slice your avocado in half and take out the insides.

Add in your seasonings and lime juice and mash together.

Toast your bread until golden brown. While your bread is toasting cook your eggs. I like sunny side up, but choose what style you like.

Prepare your toast, by smearing the avocado on it and lay the egg on top.

Pro tip: Add seasonal berries as a side.
