Sushi rice / Cauli rice

1/4 Chopped onion

2 Chopped carrots

1/4 – 1/2 Cup of Sliced mushrooms

1 package of Edamame

1 tsp of garlic powder

Baby Broccoli

Coconut aminos

Red pepper flakes

Seaweed

Spicy Aioli

Hardy and savory bowl to nip your sushi craving in the butt, filled with colors and nutrients.

The Method:

Heat oil on a pan and begin to saute your onions and carrots.

Once the carrots are slightly tender but not soft, add in your mushrooms and garlic powder.

Once your mushrooms are cooked down, move them to the side and add in your broccoli and let them steam until tender and bright green.

In a separate pan add the edamame and a splash of coconut aminos and red pepper flakes and sautee for 3 – 5 minutes.

Assemble your bowl by add your rice and veggies. Top off with seaweed and spicy aioli.
