2 Jicamma Wraps

2 large chicken breasts

2 peppers sliced – yellow and orange

1/2 onion sliced

Refrined beans – Measured with your heart

1/2 an avocado per taco

Fajita seasoning

Whip this up in a short 15 minutes and enjoy. They may be small but they are filling.

The Method:

Cut your chicken breast into strips and place in a bowl with oil and some fajita seasoning.

Airfry at 400 for 20 minutes or until done.

In a pan heat some oil and then add your peppers, onions, and fajita season. Cook until peppers are soft and onions are translucent.

Remove peppers / onion mixture and then throw on 2 jicamma wraps. Let the wraps heat up and soak up some of the fajita flavoring from the onions and peppers for about 1 – 2 minutes per side.

Remove from heat and assemble your tacos with the refrined beans, chicken, peppers/onions, and avocado.
