chicpea cookie dough

ingredients:

1 can of rinsed chicpeas

1/2 cup of creamy almond or peanut butter.

1/4 cup of maple syrup

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1/2 cup of chocolate chips – pro tip use mini chocolate chips.

A high protein dessert that taste just like cookie dough. Creamy and sweet!

The Method:

Rinse your chicpea and put them in the blender.

Add in your nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla and blend until smooth.

This will take about 5 – 10 minutes.

Once free of clumps add to a bowl and mix in your mini chocolate chips.

Eat and enjoy
