ingredients: For the salad

1/2 package of spinach, chopped.

1/2 Cup of chopped strawberries

1/4 Cup of blueberries

1/4 Cup diced red onion

Sliced Almonds

Protein of choice – chicken, tofu, fish

1/2 of an avocado

ingredients: dressing

1/4 Cup of Apple cider Vinegar

2 TBSP of honey

2 TBSP of white sugar

1 tsp of dijon mustard

Salt and Pepper taste

3/4 Cup olive oil or avocado oil

Calm your bloating and support your digestive tract with this light, spring salad.

The Method:

For the dressing: Slowly whisk together all ingredients, except oil, slowly mix in the oil.

Wash your spinach, dry it, chop it and add it to a large salad bowl. Throw in your blueberries, almonds, avocado, and protein of choice

Dice your red onions and strawberries and then throw them into the bowl,

Add in the dressing, give it a good toss and enjoy!
