Half of a banana mashed.
1/2 C. of oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 TBSP of maple Syrup
Scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/4 C. of milk
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp of lemon zest
Blue berries
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mash half a banana in an oven safe container.
Then add yours oats, maple syrup, baking soda, salt, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, protein powder, and blueberries.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool for 2 minutes
